Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Returns
You may return your wig within 30 days of purchase if:

- Wig is in its original packaging.
- The lace is uncut.
Once item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your payment method.
Exchange
We cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product has not been used or worn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item. In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.
