Shipping Delay We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Returns

You may return your wig within 30 days of purchase if:

  1. The wig unaltered and unused.
  2. Wig is in its original packaging.
  3. The lace is uncut.

Once item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your payment method.

Exchange

We cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product has not been used or worn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item. In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.

  1. Upon receiving your order please notify us by email immediately that the item is faulty - clems-hair12@yahoo.com
  2. Faulty returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  3. Unit must be returned in its original packaging and unworn.
  4. Shipping back to us must be tracked.
