Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
You may return your wig within 30 days of purchase if:
- The lace is uncut.
- The wig is unaltered, unused and in its original packaging.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Shipping cost are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at clems_hair@yahoo.com.
How to return an item
Upon receipt of your order, please notify us by e-mail immediately that the item is faulty on Clems_hair.com with your order number and reason for your return or exchange.

Faulty Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Unit must be returned in its original packaging, and unworn.
Shipping back to us must be tracked.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Need a different length or style. We will be happy to exchange it. We accept exchanges within 30 days if:
- The wig shows no sign of wear
- The hair has not been brushed, fingered through, combed , cut or washed. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the unit has been altered or damaged in any way by the recipient.
- Please return the product in the same condition in which it was shipped from us. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued if the 30 day period has passed. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
