We ensure product descriptions, photos, and colours shown online are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary due to lighting or screen settings. All handmade or customised wigs may have slight variations in construction.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted once payment is received. All details provided must be accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information.
4. Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
5. Shipping
We are not liable for any missing or delayed parcels due to courier negligence. All orders will be addressed to the shipping address provided. Incorrect or incomplete postal addresses can cause a huge delay and also may result in your parcel being lost. It is imperative that you provide us with the correct, accurate and complete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a faulty address, you will incur the additional shipping charges.
Clemshair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement once the item has been confirmed delivered by the courier. All units are shipped via signed for and tracked delivery.
Once you order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking email.
We will only deliver to the address given when ordering. You agree that we are not responsible if you give us the incorrect address for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched we cannot make any changes.
UK: 2-5 working days.
Ready to ship orders placed are subject to 1-3 working days processing time prior to shipment excluding custom wigs which are subject to 10-16 working days processing time prior to shipment.
All wigs and bundles order requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a delivery note.
You also agree that we will not refund the cost of any order delivered to the incorrect address given. Before your unit is dispatched, we may send a final preview, invoice confirmation or tracking information via email or WhatsApp.
We ship globally from the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or courier issues beyond our control.
6. Custom Wig Policy
At Clemshair custom order wigs are made-to-order and fully tailored specifically to your order. This means your order is not eligible for a refund, cancellation or chargeback once production has begun.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that this is a custom product and is non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty and returned in line with our faulty item process.
We reserve the right to dispute any unauthorised chargebacks and provide evidence of:
- Custom work completed
- Delivery confirmation
- Your acceptance of these terms during checkout
Customers attempting fraudulent chargebacks will be blacklisted, reported to relevant authorities and banned from future purchases.
7. Chargeback and Fraud Policy
We take fraudulent claims seriously. In the event that a chargeback is initiated after delivery has been confirmed and successfully completed, Clemshair will provide comprehensive evidence to the payment provider, including
. Delivery tracking with signature confirmation.
. Order invoices and detailed product information
. Photographic and/or video evidence of the custom wig
. Records of all customer communications (including email and WhatsApp)
. A copy of these Terms & Conditions you accepted at checkout.
If the chargeback is deemed to be fraudulent, the customer’s details may be reported to the appropriate authorities and recorded in fraud prevention systems used within the eCommerce industry.
We further reserve the right to take civil action to recover the value of the product, together with any legal and administrative costs where applicable
8. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details on eligible returns and exchanges. Items with cut lace, wear, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Any damages caused by the improper use or application of our products.
• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity- please conduct a patch test if you are unsure.
• Losses resulting from website outages, delays, or incorrect order submissions
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services will not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
