Description
The defining feature of our water wave wig is its wavy texture that mimics the loose, beachy waves of hair after being in the water. The waves are usually soft and bouncy, giving a very natural and effortless look.
The natural waves make this style easy to maintain. You don’t need to worry about it getting frizzy or losing shape. Water wave wigs often look very realistic because of the soft waves and how they mimic natural hair.
Lace comes uncut but you can request this to be cut.
Lace needs to be tinted with lace tint spray, Lifespan: It can last up to 4 years and more with proper care and maintenance.
Delivery
- When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
- Clems hair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement once the item has been confirmed delivered by the courier.
- All units are shipped via tracked delivery and customers are required to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address.
Terms & Conditions
Shipping Delay We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
Failed Delivery Incomplete or incorrect address information is a major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Returns
You may return your wig within 30 days of purchase if:
- The wig unaltered and unused.
- Wig is in its original packaging.
- The lace is uncut.
Once item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your payment method.
Exchange
We cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product has not been used or worn, we will be happy to exchange or replace the item. In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.
- Upon receiving your order please notify us by email immediately that the item is faulty - clems_hair@yahoo.com
- Faulty returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Unit must be returned in its original packaging and unworn.
- Shipping back to us must be tracked.
